Virtus.pro have come out on top of the Polish Esport League Spring Finals after defeating Aristocracy 2-0 in the grand final.
The tournament featured eight teams in the single-elimination playoffs bracket, which began with the quarter-finals on Saturday in Warsaw, with the main favorites making it to day two as AVEZ, Aristocracy, Virtus.pro, and the new AGO squad advanced to the semi-finals.
On Sunday, Wiktor "TaZ" Wojtas's team bested Patryk "ponczek" Wites & co. without too much trouble in their series, while his former squad around Janusz "Snax" Pogorzelski passed AGO after two maps, as well.
In a rematch of the ESL Polish Championship's grand final from early June, Virtus.pro took their revenge following the earlier loss to their local rivals, as Michał "snatchie" Rudzki and his new teammate Tomasz "phr" Wójcik each put in a great map to secure the title.
